Prepayment Policy

In order to make a reservation at Sunset Hotel in Neos Marmaras, Sithonia, Halkidiki (Chalkidiki) studios, apartments & suites it is necessary that 25% of the total amount of your stay be prepaid via:

– credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
– deposit in the following bank account:

• National Bank of Greece
• Branch: Νeos Marmaras
• Account Number: 212/470346-44
• Payee: S. ANASTASIADIS S.A.

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled:

• 22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor – client, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
• 14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor – client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
• 13 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor – client, the prepayment is not refunded.

In case of departure earlier than the scheduled date, the visitor-client is obliged to pay half the agreed rates for the days the room was not used, according to the regulation of hoteliers & guests relations of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.
