Prepayment Policy

In order to make a reservation at Sunset Hotel in Neos Marmaras, Sithonia, Halkidiki (Chalkidiki) studios, apartments & suites it is necessary that 25% of the total amount of your stay be prepaid via:

– credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
– deposit in the following bank account:

  • National Bank of Greece
  • Branch: Νeos Marmaras
  • Account Number: 212/470346-44
  • Payee: S. ANASTASIADIS S.A.

Pet Policy

Our hotel is pet friendly and welcomes your four-legged friends, subject to the following conditions:

  • Pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed.
  • Up to 1 pet per room is allowed.
  • Pets must have an up-to-date health certificate.
  • There is an additional charge of €30 per stay, which is added to the total room charge and covers special cleaning.
  • A €50 deposit is payable at check-in for any damage, which is refundable if no damage is found.
  • Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or dining areas.
  • Pets are only allowed in public areas on a leash and under the supervision of their owner.
  • Upon check-in, the pet owner is required to sign the hotel’s Pet Policy.

**The hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet if the above conditions are not met or if it causes disturbance to other guests.

    Towel Reuse Policy – Environmental Initiative

    Starting this year, as part of our environmental policy and our commitment to sustainability, we have implemented the following towel reuse program:

    • Towels will be changed only if they are left on the floor.
    • Towels that are left hanging or folded are considered to be intended for reuse.

    By participating in this initiative, you help us reduce water and detergent consumption while still enjoying a comfortable stay.

     

    Check-in & Check-out Policy

    • Check-in: from 15:00
    • Check-out: until 11:00

    Early check-in and late check-out are available upon availability and subject to an additional charge.

     

    Children & Extra Person Policy

    • Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge.
    • Each additional person is subject to an extra charge per night.
    • Baby cot is available upon request (with no extra charge)

     

    Quiet Hours Policy

    Quiet hours are observed between 15:00 – 17:30.

    Payment & Cancellation Policy

    • The total room balance is payable at check-in.
    • In case of cancellation up to 25 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is fully refundable. Any bank charges are borne by the guest.
    • In case of cancellation 24 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
    • In the event of early departure, the guest is required to pay 50% of the agreed room rate for the unused nights, in accordance with the Regulation of Relations between Hoteliers and Guests of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.
